As of the announcement date, the total number of issued shares was 720.9 million (excluding treasury shares). Upon full exercise of the granted options, the shares to be allotted and issued would represent approximately 0.08% of the total issued shares (excluding treasury shares) as of the announcement date and approximately 0.08% of the enlarged issued share capital (excluding treasury shares).
