公告显示，中电光谷联合控股有限公司（00798）于2025年12月3日发布的月报显示，截至2025年11月30日，公司注册股本维持在10,000,000,000股，面值每股0.1港元，总额10亿港元，未见调整。
月报披露，期内公司已发行股份由7,442,176,000股减少至7,408,560,000股，减少部分为共33,616,000股在2025年11月14日完成注销。据披露，该等股份分别于2025年9月及10月期间回购后集中注销。
本月公司无新的股份期权、权证或可换股票据发行或行使事项，亦无新增库藏股安排。公司方面确认，前述股份回购及注销活动均符合香港联交所《上市规则》和当地法规的相关规定。
截至2025年11月末，公司已发行股份总数为7,408,560,000股。上述月报由公司秘书张雪莲代表董事会签署。
