渣打集团有限公司(02888)于2026年3月18日公布翌日披露报表，披露近期多笔股份购回及已发行股本变动情况。
公司于2026年3月9日至3月13日之间累计回购并注销4,546,614股普通股，占注销前公司已发行股本约0.2022%，平均每股价格介乎GBP 15.702738至GBP 16.894957。注销完成后，公司已发行股本总数降至2,243,710,167股，库藏股结余为0股。
此外，公司报告显示，截至2026年3月17日，尚有两笔已回购股份尚未注销：分别为3月16日的977,000股，及3月17日的969,425股，购回价格约介乎GBP 15.509779至GBP 15.909706。最新一笔(3月17日)回购股份数量为969,425股，总金额约为GBP 15,423,266.31，价格区间介乎GBP 15.56至GBP 16.115。
公司表示，该等购回均依据2025年5月8日股东大会通过的回购授权进行，授权总数量为236,377,715股。目前，公司确认已遵守香港联交所证券上市规则及相关法律法规。公告由助理公司秘书黄蓉签署。
