草姬集团控股有限公司（02593）于最新公告中披露，将在股东周年大会上寻求批准购回最多相当于公司已发行股本10%的股份。根据公告，草姬集团目前已发行股份总数约为133,333,600股，该授权获批后，公司最多可购回约13,333,360股。
公告称，董事会认为此购回计划可在合适时机通过提升资产净值及/或每股收益，为股东创造更佳回报。公司表示，购回所需资金将来源于可合法用于此用途的内部资源，并将根据开曼群岛相关法例及香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则的要求执行。
根据披露，草姬集团过去一年在联交所的最高及最低股价分别出现在2025年4月的每股2.01港元及2026年4月的每股0.89港元。董事会强调，此次股份回购方案符合公司及股东的整体利益。公司将于2026年6月18日下午4时在香港九龙荔枝角道888号南商金融创新中心6楼A7及A8室召开股东周年大会进行表决，并于会后公布投票结果。为确定出席资格，公司证券过户登记将自2026年6月15日至6月18日暂停办理。
