德利机械控股公布截至2025年7月31日止年度财务数据：营收约3.31亿港元，同比上升约18.4%。经调整净利润约为2816万港元，相较上年同期约710万港元增长近298%。毛利约为6775万港元，毛利率为20.5%。经营利润约为3380万港元，经营利润率约10.2%。经营活动所得现金流量约7690万港元，同比上涨约65.3%。
在成本结构方面，销售成本从2.22亿港元增至2.63亿港元，同比增幅约18.4%；行政及其他营运开支小幅上升至4224万港元左右。公司仍保持稳健的流动性与较高回收率。
业务分项
重型设备及零部件销售收入达2.09亿港元，同比增长约31.7%，主要受香港基础建设及工程需求带动；重型设备租赁及机器操作员收入约1.09亿港元，同比微增3%；而维修、物流及其他辅助服务收入约1360万港元，同比减少12.8%，主要由于维修需求阶段性下滑所致。
