Green Economy Development Limited (1315) Announces Completion of Disposal of Prosper Ace Investments Limited

According to the company’s announcement dated 22 October 2025, references were made to the circular issued on 22 September 2025 regarding the disposal of the entire issued share capital in Prosper Ace Investments Limited, as well as the poll results announcement at the extraordinary general meeting on 10 October 2025. All conditions precedent to the completion of the disposal have been fulfilled, and completion took place on 22 October 2025.
Following the completion, the company no longer holds any equity interest in Prosper Ace Investments Limited. Consequently, the financial results, assets, and liabilities of the target company will no longer be consolidated into the financial statements of Green Economy Development Limited.
