ATLINKS delays AGM to late May 2026 as additional time needed for circular on constitutional amendments

ATLINKS (Atlinks Group Limited) announced a supplemental update on 20 April 2026, stating that more time is required to finalise information for the circular regarding proposed amendments to its existing memorandum and articles of association.

As a result, the scheduled annual general meeting will be postponed to a date expected to fall in or around late May 2026. The AGM notice is now targeted for dispatch to shareholders in May 2026.

The update follows the company’s initial announcement on 18 March 2026 concerning the same proposed amendments. The board—comprising three executive directors, two non-executive directors and three independent non-executive directors—collectively accepts full responsibility for the accuracy and completeness of the provided information.

The supplemental announcement will remain available on HKEX’s website for at least seven days and is also accessible on the company’s website.
