VALUES CULTURAL (ASX: 01740) has announced that Mr. Liu Tieqiang has resigned from his positions as an Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer of the company, effective June 16, 2026. The resignation is due to his intention to dedicate more time to other commitments.
Furthermore, the company announced that Executive Director Ms. Cai Xiaoxin has been appointed as a member of the company's Nomination Committee, with the appointment also taking effect from June 16, 2026.
