2026年7月23日，加科思药业集团有限公司（加科思-B，股票代码：01167）发布翌日披露报表，公告当日在香港联交所场内进行股份回购。
公告显示，公司于7月23日回购普通股9.78万股，约占本次回购前已发行股本的0.0125%，每股回购价介乎5.03港元至5.12港元，总耗资497,268港元（约49.73万港元）。回购完成后，公司已发行股份（不包括库藏股）总数减少至782,277,180股，库藏股数量增至9,477,900股，发行股份总数维持在791,755,080股。
公司于2026年6月5日获得购回授权，授权可回购股份总数为78,372,528股。截至目前，基于该授权已回购1,448,100股，剩余可回购股份额度为76,924,428股。公司确认是次回购严格遵守香港联交所证券上市规则及相关法律法规的规定。
