2026年7月31日，好孩子国际控股有限公司（01086）公告，根据对截至2026年6月30日止六个月（「报告期」）未经审计管理账目的初步评估，预计录得归属股东净利润约2.6亿至3亿港元，较2025年同期的约1.06亿港元显著增长。
公司将利润大幅增长的主要原因归因于美国政府退回的关税。受美国最高法院和美国国际贸易法院裁决影响，截至2026年6月30日，集团美国附属公司已收回依据《国际紧急经济权力法》缴纳的关税约2,530万美元（折合约1.98亿港元），相关收益已于成本项目中确认。
除关税退款外，集团预计报告期毛利亦较去年同期提升，受益于收入增加及更有利的产品组合及生产成本优化。然而，汇率不利波动导致集团在报告期录得汇兑亏损，而上年同期为汇兑收益，部分抵销了毛利增长的影响。
公司提醒，目前中期业绩仍在编制中，上述数据基于管理层初步评估，未经核数师及审核委员会审阅，实际业绩可能与预期有所差异。公司计划按《上市规则》规定适时披露中期业绩公告。
