根据公告，融创服务于2026年5月22日获得购回授权，可回购股份共约3.05亿股。截至7月15日，公司已合计回购2733.2万股股份，占授权通过当日公司已发行股本的约0.9%，当前授权剩余可回购股份约2.78亿股。公司确认本次回购遵守香港联交所证券上市规则及相关法律法规。
