南非传媒巨头Naspers旗下互联网投资平台Prosus今年一季度减持约1300万股腾讯。按腾讯今年前三个月平均收盘价560.16元计算，对应市值约72.8亿元；即使按3月底收盘价484元计，仍约62.9亿元。
另一方面，Prosus虽在去年启动减持美团，但今年一季度未再有减持动作，持股规模未见变化。
回顾来看，Prosus早在2022年便启动对腾讯的“无上限减持计划”，主要用于套现资金以回购自身股份，从而缩小股价相对于每股净资产（NAV）的折价。不过，自2025年下半年起，Prosus开始推进减持美团，同时对腾讯的态度也有所调整。公司CEOFabricio Bloisi在去年11月底表示，无上限回购计划的资金来源不仅包括减持腾讯，也会通过出售部分增长潜力有限的投资来实现。
数据显示，Prosus在2025年下半年累计减持约3900万股美团。但进入2026年一季度，其已暂停相关减持操作。根据最新披露，截至2026年3月底，Prosus仍持有腾讯约20.67亿股，以及美团约2.18亿股。
