2026年7月23日，宜明昂科生物医药技术（上海）股份有限公司（简称“宜明昂科-B”，股票代码：01541）发布公告，披露当日于香港联合交易所有限公司场内回购普通股H股4.90万股，占回购前公司现有已发行股份总数约0.0117%。本次回购价格区间为每股3.37港元至3.40港元，支付总金额为165,880港元（约16.59万港元）。
本次回购完成后，公司已发行股份（不包括库存股份）数目减少至418,513,705股，库存股份增至1,963,600股，合计已发行股份总数为420,477,305股。公司购回授权于2026年5月28日获通过，可回购股份总数为43,150,769股，截至目前已累计回购1,963,600股，占授权股份总数约0.455%。公司声明已遵守相关上市规则与法律规定，并表示本次回购事宜经董事会正式批准。公告由执行董事、联席公司秘书关梅签署。
