中国铁建股份有限公司于2026年3月30日公告，董事会宣布就截至2025年12月31日止年度派发末期股息，每股人民币0.30元，股息性质为普通股息。该公司拟于2026年8月31日进行派息，具体除净日、股权登记日及股东批准日期均有待公布。
本次股息适用的扣税比例视股东类型而定。其中，非居民企业（非中国内地登记地址）及非个人居民（非中国内地登记地址）的预扣率为10%；个人居民（中国内地登记地址）适用个人所得税税率20%；如内地个人股东实际应税率不同10%的，可依照相关规定办理税务事宜。有关汇率信息及香港过户登记处的手续日期均有待公布。
