MEMESTRATEGY (02440) announced a business update for its Trading Card Fund I (Pikachu With Grey Felt Hat) LPF. The fund has successfully completed its capital raise, with EVIDENT Platform Services Limited (EVIDENT) becoming its first limited partner.

The fund's tokens have been successfully issued through EVIDENT, a licensed alternative asset digital investment platform authorized by Hong Kong's Securities and Futures Commission. These tokens represent economic interests linked to EVIDENT's partnership stake in the fund. According to EVIDENT, the token offering was oversubscribed, indicating significant interest from institutional and professional investors.

The fund focuses on investing in PSA-graded Gem Mint 10 "Pikachu With Grey Felt Hat" collector cards. This card is a collaborative masterpiece between The Pokémon Company and the Van Gogh Museum in Amsterdam. Its design draws inspiration from Van Gogh's self-portrait "Self-Portrait with Grey Felt Hat," merging artistic elements with a widely recognized cultural brand.

The Board believes the institutional interest in this fund demonstrates how popular culture collectibles can be integrated with modern financial structures. Institutional investors are attracted by the transparency of this structure and its streamlined investment channel, which avoids the operational complexities associated with the authentication, storage, and trading of physical cards.

The Board views this as an initial step into the cultural finance sector and intends to explore other collectible-related investment products in the future. Supported by robust infrastructure, tokenization can facilitate secure exposure to cultural assets. This milestone helps bridge the gap between cultural collectibles and the financial industry.

The company is actively building a comprehensive, end-to-end cultural collectibles business, with trading cards serving as a crucial pillar of its expanding portfolio. Through a strategic partnership with Chinese industry leader PokeColor, the company is expanding its card business footprint in mainland China and overseas markets, integrating upstream sourcing with professional grading capabilities.

This robust card ecosystem encompasses card procurement, VIP trading services, certified secondary market trading, auctions, and professional custody and storage services provided via the blockchain-powered Grade10 Vault.

Furthermore, the company is driving innovation and global connectivity by launching the AI-powered collectible card information search platform Grade10 AI, co-branding cards with cultural IPs, introducing the world's first tokenized Pokémon card fund, and hosting large-scale community events like Grade10 Fest.

By connecting trading, community, exhibitions, and technological infrastructure, the company aims to provide collectors, traders, and business partners with a transparent, efficient, and reliable service experience while capturing the substantial growth potential of the global trading card market.
