2026年6月3日，清晰医疗集团控股有限公司（以下简称“清晰医疗”，股票代码：01406）发布截至2026年5月31日止的股份变动月报表。公告显示，截至本月底，公司法定/注册股本为5,000,000,000股普通股（每股面值0.01港元），总股本为50,000,000港元，较上月无变化。
本月至2026年5月底，清晰医疗已发行股份数量为536,334,496股，与上月底保持一致。库藏股份数量亦维持为0股，未见新增发行、购回或注销记录。公司再次确认其公众持股量符合法规要求。
在股权激励方面，首次公开招股前的购股权计划本月内并无股份期权授出、行使或失效，公司就相关期权末端结余亦维持0。同样，股份奖励计划于本月内未有新股发行，公司现仍保留最多43,968,004股可用于后续授予。
