Reliance Global Holdings Limited (stock code: 723) announced that its Board of Directors will convene on 27 November 2025. The board meeting is intended to consider, among other matters, the approval of the group’s interim results for the six months ended 30 September 2025. A decision on whether to declare an interim dividend, if any, will also be discussed.
According to the announcement dated 17 November 2025, the company’s Board is currently led by Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Yang Zheng, alongside Executive Director Ms. Yiu Wai Yee, Catherine, and Independent Non-Executive Directors Mr. Fung Kim Shun, Ms. Han Li, and Mr. Lin Wei Qiao.
