MS Concept Limited（股票代码：8447）于2026年2月16日发布公告，宣布公司已恢复不少于25%的公众持股量，重新符合香港联合交易所有限公司GEM证券上市规则第17.37B(1)条的最低公众持股量规定。此前公司因公众持股量不足而发布公告，现已完成相关股份出售。
根据公告，独立非执行董事先前持有的所有股份已于2026年2月11日以场内交易方式出售，交易交收于2026年2月16日完成。交易交收后，公众共持有约2.5亿股，相当于公司已发行股本的25%。未来更多有限公司（Future More Company Limited）则持有约7.5亿股，占公司已发行股本的75%。
