Mr. Liu, aged 27, holds a diploma in Computer Network Technology and a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. He has overseen supply chain operations and held senior positions in logistics and IT support functions, working previously at Shenzhen Lian Supply Chain Co., Ltd. and a managerial role at Inner Mongolia Wantai Packaging Co., Ltd. His letter of appointment is for one year, renewable by notice, also subject to rotation and re-election under the company’s governance structure.
