Unisound (09678) climbed more than 4% during Monday's session, hitting an intraday peak of HK$564 to establish a fresh record high since listing. At press time, shares traded at HK$550, marking a 4.76% gain with turnover reaching HK$9.2969 million.

The rally follows the company's July 15 announcement confirming it formally executed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Government of the Republic of Vanuatu (represented by its embassy in China) regarding overseas implementation of artificial intelligence cooperation and visit invitations. Both parties have recently initiated intensive strategic collaboration under the MOU framework, commencing deployment of specific projects.

Building upon prior communication and Unisound's preliminary research in Vanuatu, the company has achieved substantial progress in technical validation and prototype design. Consequently, the Vanuatu government has officially invited Unisound's R&D and industrial implementation teams for on-site technical assessments and alignment visits. This critical step aims to lay the groundwork for subsequent project implementation.

Collaboration will focus on deploying intelligent applications powered by large AI language models and IoT platforms across Vanuatu, prioritizing vital public service domains including smart hospitals and smart campuses. These initiatives seek to enhance the quality and efficiency of Vanuatu's healthcare and education services.
