The board of directors believes that this lease serves as a key driver for the group's business expansion in Mianyang City, Sichuan Province, and is highly aligned with the group's strategic development plans in Sichuan Province. The property is strategically located in Mianyang City, which has developed into a vibrant commercial district with continuously improving economic potential. Given the property's prime location and promising prospects, the board believes that this lease will support the group's long-term development in Sichuan Province.
