Nameson Holdings sees stable issued share base in May; outstanding options dip to 41.84 million

Nameson Holdings Limited filed its monthly return for the period ended 31 May 2026, confirming that core share capital metrics remained unchanged while the outstanding share-option pool contracted marginally.

The group’s authorised share capital held steady at 5.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01, equivalent to HKD 50.00 million.

No new shares were issued and no treasury shares were created or cancelled during the month. Consequently, the issued share count stayed at 2.28 billion ordinary shares, and the company reported zero treasury shares on its books.

Public-float compliance was reaffirmed, with the free-float level meeting the Main Board’s 25 percent threshold.

Under the 29 January 2016 share-option scheme, 1.70 million options lapsed, reducing the outstanding balance to 41.84 million. No options were exercised, and no funds were raised from option exercises in May.

The filing recorded no movements involving warrants, convertible securities, or other share-issuance arrangements.
