美国劳工节（英语：Labor Day）是美国的全国性节日，定于每年9月的第一个星期一，全国放假一天，以纪念劳动者为国家发展所做的贡献。
该节日起源于19世纪末美国工人争取八小时工作制的斗争。1886年5月1日，全美约35万工人发起大规模罢工和游行，要求缩短工时。期间，芝加哥发生暴力冲突，导致数百人伤亡。尽管罢工遭到镇压，但推动部分企业将工时缩短至8至10小时。
1889年，第二国际为纪念这场运动，将5月1日定为国际劳动节。为区别国际劳工运动，美国于同年8月通过法案，将每年9月的第一个星期一定为联邦法定劳工节。节日期间，民众通常通过游行、集会等方式庆祝。
