本次回购股份数量占该公司回购前已发行股本（不包括库存股份）的约0.0036%。回购完成后，公司已发行股本（不含库存股份）由966,669,697股下降至966,634,697股，库藏股数量由7,712,000股增加至7,747,000股，公司已发行股份总数维持在974,381,697股。
根据公告，回购股份事宜已于2026年6月12日经股东大会通过购回授权，发行人可根据该授权回购股份的总数为96,850,669股，截至目前，公司已累计回购1,872,000股。公司确认该项回购符合香港联合交易所有限公司的上市规则及相关法律法规。公告由执行董事徐霆签署。
