Medcaptain Medical Technology Co., Ltd. announced on 18 September 2026 that all future corporate communications will be provided exclusively in electronic form via the company website (www.medcaptain.com) and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange website (www.hkexnews.hk). Printed copies will be supplied only upon explicit shareholder request.

The company will discontinue the practice of issuing separate notices each time new documents are uploaded. Shareholders are therefore expected to monitor the two websites proactively for directors’ reports, annual and interim accounts, notices of meeting, circulars and other statutory documents.

Non-registered shareholders who prefer hard copies must complete and return a request form to Tricor Investor Services Limited or email 2041-ecom@vistra.com. Each request remains valid until the last day of the following financial year unless revoked or superseded, after which a fresh written instruction is required.
