China Infrastructure & Logistics Group Ltd. (Stock Code: 1719) has issued a notice convening an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) on 9 March 2026 at 11:00 a.m., to be held at the Conference Room, 3/F, Administration Building, Wuhan International Container Company Limited, 8 Pingjiang Avenue, Yangluo Street, Xinzhou District, Wuhan, Hubei Province, China.
Shareholders will consider and vote on two Ordinary Resolutions. The first concerns approval of the 2026 CIL Comprehensive Port Logistics Services Framework Agreement, together with its associated transactions and proposed annual caps. The second resolution addresses the 2026 Hubei Port Comprehensive Port Logistics Services Framework Agreement, covering the relevant transactions and proposed annual caps. If approved, the Board of Directors will be authorized to proceed with all necessary arrangements and sign the required documents to implement these agreements.
Shareholders unable to attend in person may submit a form of proxy according to the instructions provided in the notice. The completed forms, along with any relevant authorization, must be lodged no later than 48 hours before the scheduled start of the EGM.
