会议议案包括就具体安排的影响进行表决，股东可亲身出席或委任代表，并将在2026年1月6日至1月9日暂停股份过户登记，所有相关持有人须于上述日期前办理过户手续以符合投票资格。本次安排尚需获得法院最终批准方可生效。
