According to disclosure documents from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, FIL Limited increased its holdings in ACTIVATION GP (09919) by 238,000 shares on September 23 at an average price of HK$1 per share, investing HK$238,000. Following this increase, FIL Limited's total shareholding reached 44.916 million shares, raising its ownership percentage to 6.03%. This marks the institution's second stake increase this year, demonstrating strong confidence in the long-term value of this leading pan-fashion brand marketing enterprise in Greater China. The transaction involves other related parties: Pandanus Partners L.P. and Pandanus Associates Inc.
