长风药业（02652）于2026年5月5日在香港联交所场内回购公司H股普通股6500股，占2026年5月4日公告的现有已发行股份（不包括库藏股份）总数约0.0022%。本次回购每股价格介乎港币21.96元至22.66元，合计耗资约港币14.44万元。回购完成后，公司已发行股份数目变动为301,546,586股，库存股份数目增至677,000股。
根据公告，公司此前于2025年12月16日获得股东大会通过的购回授权，总可购回股份数目为30,222,358股，迄今公司已于交易所或其他证券交易所累计回购股份677,000股，占该购回授权案通过当日公司已发行股份（不包括库藏股份）总数约0.224%。公司确认本次回购已获得董事会正式授权，并依法遵守了香港联合交易所有关上市规则及相关法律法规。
