Recent data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange reveals a notable change in shareholdings for EDIANYUN (02416) on June 22.
The total value of shares involved in the transfers was HK$182 million, representing 10.69% of the relevant holdings.
In this activity, a company shareholder transferred 57,438,900 shares into Huatai Hong Kong, while 57,440,400 shares were transferred out from Citibank.
This follows a company announcement on June 15, where EDIANYUN disclosed it had repurchased 9,822,500 A-shares for a total consideration of RMB 29.4675 million, with the transaction dated for June 15, 2026.
