力高健康生活有限公司（02370）7月13日发布公告称，周明笙因其他个人工作安排，已辞任独立非执行董事及董事会审核委员会主席，自2026年7月31日起生效。 公告显示，周明笙确认其与公司之间并无意见分歧，且就其辞任事宜亦无任何需提请股东及香港联合交易所关注的事项。 董事会表示，将物色合适人选，并于生效日期正式委任新任独立非执行董事，以填补相关空缺。公司亦会继续全面遵守香港联交所证券上市规则对独立非执行董事的要求，并将在生效日期或之前就新任独立非执行董事的详情另行公告。 董事会对周明笙在任期内为公司作出的贡献表示感谢。
