SHIMAO GROUP (00813) announced that for the nine months ended September 30, 2025, the Group's cumulative total contract sales amounted to approximately RMB 19.217 billion, representing a decrease of 24.19% compared to the same period last year. The Group's cumulative contract sales area reached 1.5821 million square meters. The average selling price for the nine months ended September 30, 2025, was RMB 12,147 per square meter. For September 2025, the Group's contract sales totaled approximately RMB 1.901 billion, down 35.34% year-over-year, with a contract sales area of 155,200 square meters. The average selling price for September 2025 was RMB 12,245 per square meter.
