China Financial Services Holdings Limited (C FIN SERVICES) announced that its wholly owned money-lending subsidiary, QL Credit Gain Finance Company Limited (QLCG), executed Loan Agreement C on 30 July 2026 with Customer FL for a secured loan of HK$10.00 million.

Aggregated Exposure QLCG previously granted Loan B of HK$20.88 million to Customer EX and Customer FL in December 2025; HK$17.98 million remains outstanding. After drawdown of Loan C, combined secured lending to the two borrowers totals HK$27.98 million.

Risk Assessment • Collateral located in a prime Hong Kong district with a conservative LTV of ~34%. • Borrower and guarantors demonstrate solid net worth and clean enforcement records over the past five years. • Customer FL is a repeat client with punctual repayment history under Loan B. Funding Source The loan will be financed by the Group’s general working capital.

Regulatory Classification Standalone and aggregated percentage ratios under HKEX Listing Rule 14.07 each exceed 5% but are below 25%, rendering Loan C a discloseable transaction subject to announcement requirements. The Stock Exchange has granted a waiver allowing anonymity of the borrower and guarantors under Rule 14.58(2).

Strategic Rationale Management states the transaction aligns with the Group’s ordinary course of business in financial services and anticipates stable interest income under market-comparable terms.
