China Supply Chain Holdings Limited (Stock Code: 3708) announced that, effective 28 October 2025, Mr. Li Jing has been appointed as an Executive Director and Chairman of its Board, and Ms. Li Kai Lai Miranda has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director.
Mr. Li graduated from Shanxi University and has accumulated cross-disciplinary experience in news media, financial investment, and international organizations. He previously worked in national media, served as Shanghai bureau chief of China Reform magazine from 1999 to 2009, then transitioned into the financial investment sector, holding management roles including President at various investment institutions. He also served as Executive Secretary of the United Nations Economic and Social Cooperation Organization for Sustainable Development Goals and, since June 2019, has chaired the World Digital Economy Organization. Under a three-year service agreement commencing 28 October 2025, Mr. Li’s annual remuneration is HK$360,000.
Ms. Li, aged 51, has been an Executive Director and member of the Investment Committee of Far East Holdings International Limited (Stock Code: 36), an Executive Director of Yuk Wing Group Holdings Limited (Stock Code: 1536), and previously an Independent Non‑Executive Director of Hing Ming Holdings Limited (Stock Code: 8425). She has also held directorships in several private companies. Ms. Li earned a Diploma in Computer Programming and Analysis from Seneca College of Applied Arts and Technology in Canada. Her three-year service agreement, effective 28 October 2025, provides for an annual director’s fee of HK$96,000.
Both appointments are subject to retirement by rotation and re-election at the annual general meetings of the Company. There are no further matters that require disclosure under the Listing Rules. The Board has extended its welcome to Mr. Li and Ms. Li on their appointments.
