2026年7月21日，华润燃气（股票代码：01193）发布公告称，公司在香港联交所回购股份，涉及普通股数量合计1,164,900股，占公司已发行股本约0.05034%。本次回购的价格介乎每股15.69港元至15.80港元，合计耗资约1,835.87万港元。
在本次回购完成后，截至2026年7月21日，公司已发行股本仍为2,314,012,871股，回购的股份暂未注销。购回授权的决议通过日期为2026年5月28日，授权回购股份总数为231,401,287股。截至目前，根据购回授权已累计回购14,724,400股，占购回授权通过当日公司已发行股份数约0.6363%。
公告确认，本次股份回购流程符合香港联交所证券上市规则及相关法律法规。公告由公司秘书欧启贤签署。
