Graphex Group Announces Resignation of Independent Non-Executive Director

Graphex Group (06128) has announced that Mr. Wang Yuncai has submitted his resignation as an independent non-executive director of the company. He will also step down from his roles as a member of the audit committee, nomination committee, and remuneration committee. The resignation is effective from February 5, 2026. Mr. Wang cited his desire to dedicate more time to other business pursuits as the reason for his departure. Following his resignation, he will no longer hold any other positions within the company or its subsidiaries.
