2026年8月24日，力高集团（01622.HK）公告称，根据对截至2026年6月30日止六个月未经审核综合管理账目的初步评估，公司预计期内将录得净亏损约人民币10.5亿元至11.5亿元；而截至2025年6月30日止六个月则录得净亏损约7.09亿元。同期，公司拥有人应占亏损预计为约13.5亿元至14.5亿元，上一年度同期为约5.9亿元。
公司表示，本期亏损扩大主要由于融资成本大幅上升。受中国房地产市场环境持续严峻影响，部分物业开发项目放缓或暂停，导致符合资本化条件的借款成本金额显著减少，更多借款成本被计入费用。由此，本集团本期融资成本净额预计较2025年同期增加约5.3亿元。该不利因素仅部分被毛利改善及销售与行政开支减少所抵销。
力高集团称，相关财务数据仍属初步评估结果，未经核数师及审计委员会审阅，最终业绩将以公司计划于2026年8月28日公布的中期业绩公告为准。公司提醒股东及潜在投资者在买卖公司证券时应保持审慎。
