CHAOJU EYE CARE Executes Additional 59,000-Share Buyback; Cumulative Mandate Usage at 0.09% of Capital

Chaoju Eye Care Holdings Limited reported that it repurchased 59,000 ordinary shares on 16 June 2026 via on-market transactions at prices ranging from HK$2.55 to HK$2.57 per share, for a total consideration of HK$0.15 million.

Including this latest transaction, the company has repurchased 1.04 million shares between 2 April and 16 June 2026 that are pending cancellation. Of these, 659,000 shares were bought after the 12 May 2026 annual mandate and fall within the current 70.52 million-share repurchase authority—representing 0.09 % of the issued share capital at the mandate date.

Despite the buybacks, the issued share count remains unchanged at 705.18 million shares as of 16 June 2026, with no treasury shares held. Under Hong Kong listing rules, Chaoju Eye Care is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares until 16 July 2026.
