China Railway Group Limited has announced that an executive director and member of the Safety, Health and Environmental Protection Committee, Mr. Wang Shiqi, will resign effective 2 March 2026 due to retirement. His departure does not affect the normal operation of the Board or the statutory minimum requirements. The Safety, Health and Environmental Protection Committee will reduce its membership from five to four, and the Board intends to fill this vacancy promptly.

According to the announcement, Mr. Wang has no disagreement with the Company or its Board. He has served diligently and contributed significantly to governance, reform, and high-quality development. Following his resignation, Mr. Wang will also cease to serve as an authorised representative under the relevant Listing Rules.

The Company has confirmed that the President and executive director, Mr. Zhao Dianlong, will assume the role of authorised representative from 2 March 2026. The Board has expressed its appreciation to Mr. Wang for his efforts and dedication throughout his tenure.
