After careful consideration, the board has decided not to extend the operation period of the Xiamen Grand Hotel and to proceed with the management lease agreement for the Fulaixi Grand Hotel. The Fulaixi Grand Hotel, which opened in 2023, is located in Jinluan Bay Scenic Area, Dongshan County, Fujian Province, and features modern and complete facilities to provide guests with a high-quality accommodation experience. The hotel boasts superior sea views and private villas, offering a diverse range of accommodation services that will contribute to the company's hospitality business profitability. The Fulaixi Grand Hotel includes 276 standard rooms and 52 luxury suites, along with event facilities for gatherings, conferences, weddings, and other functions. Additionally, the hotel is positioned adjacent to a public beach, with its prime location expected to attract customers.
