PROSPER ONE (01470) has announced changes to its corporate governance roles, effective August 1, 2026.

The company confirmed it has terminated its company secretarial services agreement with SK2 Corporate Services (HK) Limited. As a result, Guo Xunxian will cease to serve as the company secretary, the authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rules, and the authorized representative for accepting service of process and notices in Hong Kong under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong).

Effective August 1, 2026, Zhang Peiqi has been appointed to all these roles: company secretary, authorized representative under the Listing Rules, and authorized representative under the Companies Ordinance.
