TITANS ENERGY (02188) announced that Mr. Bi Jingfeng has resigned as an executive director due to retirement, effective from November 7, 2025. Following his resignation, Mr. Bi also stepped down as the company's Chief Financial Officer and as a director of Glencore Technology Development Co., Ltd. (Glencore Tech) and Titans Holdings Limited (Titans Holdings), both subsidiaries of the company.

Mr. Tao Chen, who has served as a non-executive director since January 8, 2025, will transition to the role of executive director starting November 7, 2025, overseeing the group's daily operations.

Additionally, the board announced the appointment of Ms. Meng Yao as a non-executive director, effective November 7, 2025.
