SENSETIME-W (00020) announced that on September 4, 2025, the Company granted a total of 1.36 billion restricted stock units (RSUs) to senior grantees (as defined under the 2022 Restricted Stock Unit Scheme, each being an executive director) under the Company's restricted stock unit scheme adopted by the Company's board of directors on June 20, 2022 (and amended pursuant to the shareholders' resolution dated June 26, 2024) (the "2022 Restricted Stock Unit Scheme") (the "Proposed Senior Grant").
