阿里健康建议削减100亿元股份溢价以支持股息分派

阿里健康信息技术有限公司（简称“阿里健康”）近日发布公告，建议削减股份溢价账金额100亿元，以支持末期股息及特别股息的分派。公告显示，截至2026年3月31日，阿里健康股份溢价账金额约为516.87亿元，累计亏损约11.78亿元，因实缴盈余不足，拟通过削减股份溢价的方式增加可分派储备。

根据公告，阿里健康董事会建议向股东派付截至2026年3月31日止年度的末期股息及特别股息，其中末期股息为每股人民币5.95分，特别股息为每股人民币13.52分，股息记录日期为2026年8月13日。由于公司目前缺乏足够实缴盈余，拟将股份溢价账中100亿元金额转入实缴盈余账，该笔资金将用于抵减累计亏损或向股东分配。
