山东新华制药股份(00719)发布更新公告，就截至2025年12月31日止年度的末期股息分派安排作出补充披露。股东已于2026年6月26日批准派息。
公司宣派末期普通股息每股0.15元人民币，按汇率1人民币兑1.14984港元折算，预设派发货币为每股0.172476港元。股权登记日为2026年7月20日，除净日定于7月10日，递交股份过户文件的截止时间为7月13日16:30，股份过户登记将自7月14日至7月20日暂停。股息将于2026年7月31日正式派发。
在代扣所得税方面，对于名列H股股东名册的境外非居民企业股东（包括香港中央结算（代理人）有限公司等），公司将依法预扣10%的企业所得税后派息。通过深港通或沪港通投资H股的中国内地个人投资者及境内证券投资基金，按20%税率代扣个人所得税；境内企业投资者则由企业自行申报缴纳，公司不代扣代缴。
