POLY XVERSE IT Records Significant Share Transfer Valued at HK$181 Million

Data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange reveals that on June 3, POLY XVERSE IT (00209) experienced notable share transfer activity.
The total value of the transferred holdings amounted to HK$181 million, representing 22.51% of the relevant holdings.
Specifically, a company shareholder transferred in 331 million shares to Yuan Yuan Securities and transferred out 261 million shares from Wutong Securities.
Financial reports for 2025 indicate that POLY XVERSE IT generated revenue of HK$382 million, marking a year-on-year decrease of 25.9%.
The loss attributable to the company's owners was HK$92.83 million, widening by 27.1% compared to the previous year.
The basic loss per share was 42.1 HK cents.
