2026年5月20日，九方智投控股有限公司（股票代码：09636）在香港联合交易所公布翌日披露报表，宣布于当日进行股份回购。
公告显示，公司于2026年5月20日回购普通股130,900股，占回购前已发行股份约0.0281%，回购价格区间介于每股31.24港元至31.60港元，涉及总金额为4,118,598港元，折合约411.86万港元。回购完成后，公司已发行股份（不包括库藏股）为465,833,400股，库藏股为2,523,600股，总股份数仍为468,357,000股。
根据公告，公司此前于2025年6月20日获得股东大会通过的购回授权，授权总数为44,835,700股。截至本次回购，累计已回购股份总数为2,523,600股，占购回授权通过当日公司已发行股份总数的0.5629%。
公司在公告中确认，此次股份购回已获得董事会正式授权，并严格遵守香港联交所证券上市规则及相关法律法规。公告由联席公司秘书陶齐涛签署。
