Jiangxi Bank Co., Ltd. (Stock Code: 1916) has announced that Ms. Zhang Na will step down from her role as joint company secretary, effective October 17, 2025, due to an adjustment of work arrangements. Ms. Zhang has indicated no disagreements with the board of directors or the board of supervisors and confirmed that there are no matters requiring the attention of the bank’s shareholders or creditors.

Following Ms. Zhang’s departure, the remaining joint company secretary, Mr. Ngai Wai Fung—who has met the relevant qualification requirements—will serve as the company secretary of Jiangxi Bank. The bank noted that Mr. Ngai’s biographical details are available in its 2024 Annual Report.
