The shares were bought at prices ranging from GBP 23.00 to GBP 23.56, for a total consideration of GBP 8.37 million. All shares acquired are intended for cancellation.

Including the latest transaction, STANCHART has bought back 38.27 million shares since the shareholder mandate was approved on 7 May 2026, representing 1.73 % of the company’s issued share capital at that time. The current mandate permits repurchases of up to 221.63 million shares.

Repurchases conducted on 24 and 25 September—amounting to 363,360 and 367,974 shares, respectively—remain outstanding for cancellation alongside the 28 September lot, bringing the total pending cancellation to 1.09 million shares.

As of the close of 28 September 2026, the company’s issued share capital stands at 2.18 billion ordinary shares, unchanged from the opening balance disclosed for 25 September 2026, and the company holds no treasury shares.
