本期（截至6月30日止六个月），天元医疗录得营收2,004.70万港元，较去年同期的843.60万港元增长约137.60%。公司同期实现净利润169.10万港元，相比去年同期净亏损553.80万港元实现扭亏为盈。期内毛利约1,705.90万港元，较去年同期的813.30万港元增长约110%，毛利率为约85.11%，较去年同期略有下降。公司整体行政开支为1,593.20万港元，同比下降约8.17%。
业务分项方面，医疗分部营收从去年同期的52.20万港元大幅增至1,220.40万港元，带动整体营收上扬。放债及相关业务分部营收约784.30万港元，与去年基本持平，业绩保持稳定。公司于期内进一步强化成本管控，推动盈利水平改善。
管理层在报告中指出，公司已完成对体检中心的并购，强化了在“大健康”领域的布局。同时，出售上海整形医院后，医疗业务将聚焦于护肤品与体检服务，结合线上与线下销售渠道，不断拓展“轻医美”、职业健康体检及其他高端健康管理项目。公司还将继续推动放贷及相关业务稳健发展，以实现持续盈利增幅。
